Prof. Dr. AKM Akhtaruzzaman

Prof. Dr. AKM Akhtaruzzaman is a Pain Specialist of pain management department. .His earned  qualification is MBBS, DA, MD(Anaes), Fellowship training in japan, Pain Medicine (Japan). Now he is a Professor  (Anesthesia), Anaesthesia, Analgesia and Intensive Care Medicine at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital. BSMMU. He is also Course Co-Ordinator, Postgraduate courses (MD Residency) in Anaesthesia.  He is the Founder Secretary General and presently President of South Asian Regional Pain Society (SARPS) and currently being the Secretary General of Bangladesh Society of Study of Pain (BSSP).  He regularly provides treatment to his patients at Dhaka Pain Management Centre. His visting hour is 4pm to 9pm (Sat-Thu) (Closed: Friday).
